The podcast is off to a strong start. I really appreciate the passion for rucking and the effort to build a community around it. The show covers everything from gear tips to training strategies and the mental side of weighted walks. Great pace, easy to follow, and super motivating.

Seems Easy and Fun!
I can’t wait to get started. I’m near 70 years old and like to walk with my dog so this is perfect for me. A two for one. I have ankle issues and arthritis but on top of that I’m feeling like I’m losing a good amount of muscle mass. I’m tired of the same old repetitive workouts so I’m going all in. Really enjoyed listening to Spencer. I like the honesty. Sheila

Never heard of “rucking” until recently and this show has definitely inspired me to give it a try. As a beginner trekker, I think rucking might be a perfect exercise to help develop those skills. 🤘
